The Challenge
Radiant Plumbing wanted a commercial that stood apart from the typical home-service ad. Instead of a simple promotional spot, they wanted something bold, cinematic, and character-driven – a film that would entertain first and sell second.
We created The Plumb Busters, an over-the-top hero crew assembled to battle the city’s worst plumbing disasters. Inspired by classic action-comedy ensembles, the spot introduces a vivid cast of characters, dynamic visual storytelling, and a comedic universe that Radiant can expand for years.
The goal was simple:
Make plumbing fun. Make Radiant unforgettable. And deliver real performance at scale.
The commercial became one of Radiant’s highest-converting creative assets, driving a 9.7X ROAS during their seasonal campaign and cementing the Plumb Busters as a recognizable part of the Radiant brand identity.
